This weeks menu. . Chicken soup - Tin tomatoes, spring vege soup sachet, garlic, ginger, celery, broccoli and spring onion. . Grilled chicken or steak ( fist size ) with spinach, mushrooms, asparagus, peas and broccoli. . And for the chocolate cravings and snacks I have protein bar (no sugar)at night, protein shake for morning tea and tin tuna for avo snack.. and the same 2 egg omelete on a piece of wholemeal toast for breakfast. . Im enjoying this meal prep thing its so convenient, cheap and healthy.. yeap gonna probably be doing this for a while..
