This weeks video study: The Zen Machine. Ze Mario Sperry. Mario Sperry like Ricardo Liborio, was a student of Master Carlson Gracie. His list of grappling titles is well established as well as his MMA career, where he amassed a 13-4 record. Most of those wins occured during the great PRIDE FC days when the Brazilian Top Team was at its best. Mario is well known for his cool calm demeanor. The moves he was known for, were his clock choke and his guard passing. Mario wasnt a fancy guard passer, he focused on pressure passing and grinding someone into the mat.
