This weeks walk SUNDAY 9th of March. The one you have all been waiting for Mount Skopos we meet at 12 noon. Directions: Take the Vassilikos road through Argassi follow this road until you cross a bridge on a bend park anywhere on the right after the bridge near to the Theodoritis Taverna. As the title suggests this is a mountain walk but it has a good road all the way to the top just take your time and enjoy the views and It is downhill all the way back. Usually I have a bottle of champagne for the first one to the top. I thought we might have a picnic at the top so if everyone brings a plate of something to share and whatever you want to drink. A few guidelines:- a good pair of walking shoes or boots, a showerproof jacket, drinking water and some kind of sweet or biscuit. Children and dogs are welcome. So come along and take part, but do remember that the organisers are not responsible for the safety of those taking part and you do so entirely at your own risk. Please come along and enjoy yourselves.
