This whole Ice Bucket Challenge bullshit needs to stop. Not only is it incredibly annoying, but it essentially guilt trips people into donating to charity. The whole concept of if youre not going to donate to ALS research, you might as well dump a bucket of cold water on your head is a terrible way to get people actively caring about causes. If thats the attitude youre going to have about it, why not just implement an efficient universal healthcare system and just make everyone pay taxes? Sure, its cute and whatever, but its a terrible way to view the concept of charity. If anything, It makes me want to give even less of a shit because of how annoying it is.
