This will be my very first post, but I am very curious how this discussion will lead us. Id like to talk about the usage of the N-word, Nigger, Nigga. Or any other form it may be said. Many say that its racist when a white person says the N-word, yet it happens so that its accepted when a black person says it. Now do you think thats hypocrisy? Because its undeniable that its still the same racist word. Is it less racist, when another person refers a racist word to someone of the same race. Yet more racist/offensive when someone else says the same? Id like to know your thoughts. Now before I conclude my question. I happened to notice that it also varies per country. For instance, I live in Europe. And my gf who happens to be black, is strongly against the usage of the word, as well as her family. May it be with each other, or another person. However, is it somehow more acceptable in countries such as the United States? Your thoughts?
