This writer did not make it to Palm Sunday services this week because of some sort of malaise. However, with Face Book, there are plenty of sites for looks at processions, sermons, and reflections on the triumphal entrance of Jesus into Jerusalem. The later part of the week is even more important with Maundy Thursday and Good Friday. Jesus resurrection does not happen with out a lot of other things happening. Our Jewish brethren celebrate Passover on Tuesday evening complete with seder. That is exactly what Jesus and his friends were doing on Maundy Thursday. Friday and the Crucifixion are the following day. Please join with us at Epiphany on Thursday at 6:30 pm for a simple soup and bread supper followed by the service at 7 pm. On Good Friday there will be services at either noon or in the evening at 7 pm. Please consider joining us and spending time with Jesus on his journey.
