Additionally, the 2013 Annual Meeting and Elections will be held at 5:00 PM, Thursday, September 19, 2013 at the Wyndham Lake Buena Vista Hotel, Lake Buena Vista, FL. All active voting members will receive a proxy ballot prior to the Annual Meeting. These ballots must be returned by September 9, 2013. These ballots will be checked against those registered for the Annual Meeting as members are allowed only one vote. Nominations for election to the Board of Directors closed June 30, 2013. Letters of intent are posted in the MEMBERS ONLY section of the Website and will also be available in our upcoming newsletter.
