This years Rock n Rock marathon was tough, totally different from when I ran 3 years ago. Not sure if it was the change of the route or my added three years of life?! Lol I saw many signs along the way from, who farted, to you run better than the government, find ur happy pace, ur my hero and many many more.. Kids in their parents arms putting out their little bitty hands to give a random stranger hi five! No matter if I reached my goal or not its very rewarding to run across the finish line.. W all walks of life, little people, wounded warriors, big folks, old, young, such an accomplishment for all, including the volunteers:) my HalieBug started at 5 am:) Today I def felt the energy of my Angel, my grandpa:) I encourage everyone to run, if not the R&R Marathon then any run, get healthy FB! And AGAIN from the bottom of my heart thank you for all the support and encouragement, I couldnt have done it without IT!
