This year’s National Adoption Day spokesperson has been announced! We’re excited Rachel Crow, X-Factor finalist and Nickelodeon star, will help raise awareness for foster care adoption across the country as part of the 14th Annual National Adoption Day on November 23 (the Los Angeles event is held on Friday, November 22). As a former foster youth herself, Crows story of perseverance will inspire families to consider giving a foster child a forever family.
