Thomas update #3: Things are looking good. Removing the fluid build-up was not working well the first 2 days, so they doubled his Lasix from 80 to 160. That worked. He has lost over 20 pounds of fluid in the last 48 hours. Blood pressure is good, blood sugar under control, and heart rate is getting back to a normal range for someone in his medical condition. No word on when he will be released, he probably needs to lose about 15-20 more pounds to relieve the pressure on his heart. After the first couple days of little change, things are moving in the right direction. Hail State....still #1. (sorry, I just couldnt resist)
