Those of you whingeing about a one-hour clocks-forward being a jet lag have never taken the nightflight redeye to Kabul with a hideous midnight stopover in Istanbul, landed at 8 a.m. and gone straight into auditing all day. And then been woken up by their parents check-in call, just as they were finally getting off to sleep, 13 hours later. THAT is what jet lag and time difference actually feels like. Wo/Man up, you big girls blouses.
