Those of you who have lived in Los Angeles for a while will recognize Helms Bakery. When I was in the 4th grade, we took a field trip there and I will NEVER forget the awesome sweet smell of the place. Not only did we get to visit the factory, we got to see the entire fleet of Helms trucks, and we got our own personal loaf of Olympic Bread.
