!!Those sudden sounds that take you right back into an old trauma, even though years have passed the memory can be so vivid as if one has gone back in time. In some instances:the vividness seeming to be a gift as it brings forth waves of nostalgia, associated with the unfolding events of said trauma. A fleeting reminder of old feelings, hope and great effort of attention that weve spent in lost scenarios of life...all that effort to validate my authenticity and commitment...wasted... ...life goes on, even when our hearts are ensnared and ground between gears of its procession...
