Those who belong to Christ will work towards unity among the body of believers. Those who pretend to belong to Christ will always find a reason to separate. Those who belong to Christ will have compassion, humility, meekness, and be gentle and loving. Those who pretend to belong to Christ will be prideful, harsh, condemning, judgmental. Those who belong to Christ will have the mind of Christ at some level which means they are allowing the Holy Spirit to direct them. They will be peacemakers. Those who pretend to belong to Christ wont be able to discern things of the spirit, but yet will be the most vocal about what they think they know to the point that they will get up in someones face to prove a point. Division is the work of the enemy and if you fall into the mindset... you are now easy prey to be consumed by that which has persuaded you to think you are doing the work of God... but you dont realize the fruit on your tree tells a different story. Where ever the Holy Spirit is... there will be unity. So when people want to divide through channels created by man... they are playing into the hands of spiritual wickedness.
