Those who carry the badge have permission from the state to use violence against you, and they are trained in the language of “legalese”. ( fancy legal jargon that can be used to twist your own words against you.) (If you are going to talk to the police, I recommend you study common law and get a copy of Black’s law or another law dictionary). Unless you are well versed in legalese, Blacks Law, Common Law, ect…. you should follow this protocol Do not give your SSN number or Date of Birth “What is your birthday?’ – Sorry sir, I had no cognitive abilities on the day of my birth, so the details surrounding that day are just hearsay. “What is your SSN number?” – Sorry sir, Iam not aware of that number, I do not accept the mark of the beast. 2. Remain Silent (use your 5th amendment)- Unless you are being indicted and/or summoned to court, you have no obligation to speak to the authorities without a lawyer or judge present. The officers will make threats such as, “We know you did it, if you don’t talk you are going to get a lengthy sentence.” , ”If you admit to it now, we will give you a shorter sentence”. Do not believe these statements. Policemen are there to only enforce the law, not to sentence, they have no legal powers to affect your long-term sentence, only a judge and/or a District Attorney can do that. 3. Ask , “Am I being detained, or am I free to go?” . If an officer approaches you on foot and begins to question you, you are not legally required to give testimony. If you are not being detained, then you have the right to carry on. 4. If you stopped for a traffic violation, the first thing an officer will say is, “Do you know why I stopped you?”, don’t speak! To say any thing other than “no”, may be interpreted as an admission of guilt. Historically, Police officers and military soldiers have always been enforcers who were instructed to impose commands by a so called higher authority. Throughout human history, Police officers and Soldiers have used the excuse of , “We are just following orders” . This justification is a poor excuse for mans’ inability to stand on his ideals and to bind himself to his moral compass. Most police officers and soldiers do not meditate upon the philosophy of law, and whether or not the laws being enforced are fair and unbiased. They are programmed thugs, whom are taught not to question, but to obey, mainly for the purposes of expanding the wealth and furthering special interests for those who control them. Steady paychecks, patriotic theme songs, yellow stickers, and a taste of power is usually enough for the average law man or soldier to blindly obey any order that is given to him. However, there have been a select number of Police officers and Soldiers throughout the course of history (such as Major Smedley Butler and Bradley Manning) who have refused to enforce an unfair law or order. More often than not, these men who spend their lives defending the system, are often made into outcasts if they seek to express their disdain towards it. Many former police officers who refused to arrest patrons for victimless crimes were threatened, blackmailed, fired, and blacklisted, or in some cases, exterminated. Considering that most police officers and soldiers have families, just like us, they are not willing to compromise their paychecks and their status. The same can be said of normal citizens like me and you. We often complain about the system or our jobs, and how it’s unfair, yet we consent to it everyday, because we are afraid to compromise our personal comfort, or we feel that we are without option. It’s just easier to bend over, bite your tongue, and comply, instead of fighting for our rights and educating ourselves. Amongst this website you will see a chapter called “Court Tactics”, there you will learn how to use common law and legalese to YOUR benefit. Until you can become proficient in speaking with these terms, it is best to stand firm, and remain silent. Remaining silent is the truest of best defense for the layman. When they read you the Miranda warning, and ask “Do you understand?”, say “no”, because you are not a lawyer, and are not fully aware of the jurisdictional and arbitrary nature of legalese. Do not get yourself into a contract by verbally agreeing to anyone’s terms that isn’t in writing. And if it is in writing, learn how to sign your name properly with (Under Duress) or (All rights Reserved) or a combination of both next to or underneath your signature. Under Duress- To agree to any contract under the threat of violence (which is legally void given the circumstance). Remember, to “not” sign a citation will result in imprisonment or possibly physical violence Without Prejudice UCC 1-308 - When is written next to your signature upon a contract, you are essentially stating that you agree to the benefits of the contract, but not the liabilities, furthermore you do not agree to give up any of your inalienable rights. Natural Rights- Your right to own yourself, your property, the fruits of your labor, and your right to have an opinion, so long as you respect the life, property, and opinions of others. Intellectual Rights- If you are the creator of something that is truly unique and original, you have the right to claim it as your own and to recognized for it, and have the right to share its titles with others as you see fit. This topic is very dichotomous within the libertarian and free-man movement, as some feel that intellectual properties do not exist, as we all have the right to think and create as we see fit, however, I will leave that philosophical debate to be dealt with on an individual or common law basis. In essence ,when you sign the Social Security Card and the Birth Certificate, you are giving intellectual and property rights regarding your personal name given to you by your parents, over to the Federal Government. Try wrapping your mind around that! Constitutional rights- Although many of us do not want to be contracted to any government, we can still use the rights written within the constitution as a way to strengthen our case against the authorities whom have “supposedly” bound themselves to this document, even though the constitution is frequently spat upon by the authorities, it is still a legitimate tool to be used against them. Fight them with their own papers!
