Those who claim that opposite attracts and stick together on basis of example of N&S pole of magnet experiment, are mistaken; when we closely look at the above phenomenon, we realize that the Base element is Same “Magnet” – N&S pole being just the different forms of Magnet The word Opposite means: the two things or words which are antonyms of each other describing exactly opposite features and characteristics. If assuming opposite attracts is true, have u ever heard magnet attracts dust (or anything that doesn’t have same property as magnet)? Similarly in our lives to have harmony and togetherness, we need to be with people who have same basic Elements: same Principles, same Values, same Outlook on Society & Religion, similar Goals in life and most importantly same Respect and Affection for each other. Gender of people is nothing but symbols of being N or S pole of Magnet. And when u don’t have above harmony; theory of opposite attracts break down; because remember that Magnet attracts Magnet not dust…
