Those who have followed my postings would know how devoted and enthusiastic I am with GZ and its food. I feel I would like to share GZ with anyone whos interested -- my favorite haunts, what to see, what to eat, what to buy, and whom to meet (such as interesting chefs who are making waves in the GZ food scene with their private kitchens). Im planning a visit between 22 Oct - 27 Oct and Im looking for company. This is how it works: you book your own air tickets; Ill take care of transportation, accommodation and food. Well split costs equally among the group. In GZ, well engage a van or mini-bus with a driver, and a local guide. Their tips will also be split among us, so reserve some money. Ill lay down the core itinerary and leave the technical details to the guide. Sounds interesting? Based on my previous trips, S$100 per day should be sufficient to see us through street food, restaurants and private dining. Therell be 3 square meals a day, and optional snacks in-between.
