Though I often hear songs and think about Dylan, I just had a random/unexpected memory.. I vividly recall how we spent so many wonderful hours listening to music and talking about life: our dreams; what the future was going to look like; our fears and insecurities..These memories often leave me hard pressed to listen to a good musician without remembering Dylan and the moments we shared in his tiny bedroom at the church, staring intently at his enormous Mac computer screen, petting Jackson, listening to music, and knowing that we understood each other and could be honest without fear or judgement. Dylan was truly one of the greatest people Ive ever known and there are few in this world that got me the way that Dylan did. He always loved, valued, and understood people with a genuine heart and a loyal dedication. We often fought, argued, and butted heads (never could successfully drink bourbon together), but Dylan made an indelible impression on me. He supported me, loved me, and accepted me as his friend. I owe him more than I will ever fully realize and Im grateful for the blasts from the past where I can stop and appreciate the people whove helped me become the person I am today..Dylan was one of those people in my life and Im sure that there are several of you here who share the same sentiment. Ive never really posted here, but I was just listening to Pandora and M. Wards Here Comes the Sun Again started playing. Over the years, Id somehow forgotten about this video and the stupid yellow post-it notes. Looking back, I recall making this video and how Dylan was procrastinating a project (imagine that :) )...I called my cousin/aunt to come and assist us as we frantically translated his vision to film (shortly before the due date). No one imagined it would take 5-6 hours to film this short project and everyone (especially Dylan) was sufficiently annoyed and tired by the time we finished..looking back I would do it all again and Id cover endless rooms with yellow post-its to share a few more frustrating hours with Dylan. He was awesome, he was loved, and he was special. https://youtube/watch?v=CF4tiQFNRJE
