Though my natural sight has faltered over time, I find that my spiritual vision has become more of a kaleidoscope of panoramic view. As the song writer put it;Oh what golden glorys gleaming, purer light is comming fast, now in Christ weve found a freedom which eternally shall last. The light of Gods word that I have retained, seems to shine even greater after each trial. The tests of life that have been hardest to bear, once endured, have added knowledge and clarity to many passages of scripture. The late Pastor Gordon would say that our meditation on the scriptures is a neccessity, somthing that he would do always, especially as his vision began to falter. I find meditation is vital in my life, and has proven to unlock many of the truths and given deeper understanding, through the Spirit, of that which was written by those inspired by God. Psalms 105:119, Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. As I have opportunity, I will share some of the thoughts that I believe the Lord has allowed me to ponder, and apply to my life for the benefit of my soul, and the glorification of His Majesty. We praise God as we live according to His will. We Love Jesus when we Love one another according to the Love that He has for us, which should be in us, as it is in Him. Have a blessed day!
