Thought I would do Wild@Home for dinner tonight. Wild Boar and Bison meatloaf topped with homemade ketchup and smoked bacon strips, green beans steamed in white basalmic vinegar and mashed potatoes topped with a rich reduction sauce made from homemade stock from Elk bones. (The marrow from the Elk bones was an added bonus. Yum!) Still have a Kangaroo Tenderloin (gotta love Black Angus Meats) and some fresh Venison chops and roast in the freezer for a few more wild meals.
