Thought I would post this video. For anyone who has ever raised rabbits, all the literature regarding them says that you must feed them a commercial pellet. They say that if they eat greens it will give them diarrhea and kill them. So then, who takes all the pellets to the wild rabbits? This is a video of what our rabbits do when exposed to green grass. They completely ignore commercial pellets and eat the grass exclusively. Not to mention these bunnies flesh out very nicely and the folks around here who buy them say they taste excellent. I wouldnt know, the wife keeps selling them all before I can eat them. Anyhow, we raise these guys in movable outdoor rabbit tractors so that they get to be rabbits before they get to be dinner. We move them to new grass when they run out and I raise them on very little commercial feed. Grass-fed rabbits. Whoda thunk it?! Kitty Carriker
