Thought I would share my Rice Pudding I make in my SC CROCKPOT RICE PUDDING 10 tablespoons short/medium grain rice 5 tablespoons sugar (or to taste) 6 cups milk (UHT works well and cheaper) 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 2 teaspoons butter allspice, cinnamon or nutmeg METHOD Place rice and sugar in crock-pot, add milk and mix in vanilla essence Give this a really good stir to ensure it is well mixed Sprinkle with spices of your choice Dot with the butter Crock-pot on low and let cook slowly throughout the day (6-7hours) Give a stir half way through cooking Add extra milk if it seems to thick
