Thought I would share what Ive been up to in the gym lately trying to improve the balance while keeping the core engaged and building endurance in the shoulders. Sorry its long Im no good at editing to cut it down. Most might think its gay and boring but thought some might get something out of it. Technique isnt the best but get better every time. Usually do 20minutes no rest between sets to try replicate being out on the water constantly paddling youtu.be/jrbUsHkA-_g
