Thought Id share :) Pork boneless scotch roast cooked on slow for 8 hrs. Rub roast with vegeta, garlic and Worcestershire sauce. Place chats potatoes and sweet potato with meat in slow cooker. I added some vegeta and 1/2 cup of water to slow cooker also but I dont know if this is even necessary. Once the potatoes were cooked, I removed and placed them in the oven with some vegeta, paprika, oil and fresh rosemary just to crisp them up and also drained most of the liquid from the slow cooker. Meat was so tender and moist, it went in 5 minutes flat! Lucky to take the photo of the meat when I did.....
