Thought Id share a thought of what happened today... I love it when You are just in thought about a situation and God has an answer for you. Well my time in my car is my worship time with The Lord. I was thinking about how even though we may be doing everything right, life just isnt fair sometimes. Ive been battling resentment since May because I thought I wasnt treated fairly. Lol I know we all have those moments. And Ill be honest I prayed for that person but I would get reminded of the situation and get mad again even after I thought I was over it. Today I was thinking about all this and The Lord reminded me of Joseph. Joseph was treated very badly and even sold as a slave by his brothers because they were jealous. He didnt have a pity party or say why me?. Then while into slavery Potiphars wife accused him of raping her. Bless his heart! Think about that?!! Being wrongfully accused of something you didnt do! He was placed in a cell where he could barely stand up straight.... But he still prayed to God and knew The dream that God showed him when he was you get would come to pass. Joseph ended up discerning the meaning of the dreams and knew a great famine was coming to the land. So they stored food and one day some men came begging for food from another country. They didnt recognize Joseph but it was his brothers who sold him years before. Here is the amazing part.... Instead of choosing to do evil.... Joseph choose good and feed them. Pray for your enemies. So what if you wasnt treated right? Jesus wasnt either.
