Thought for the day; Delivery is just as important as the substance that needs delivering . Ever had someone try to correct you on a situation and by the time they tell you you are so angry at them that you dont care what they had to say. A good example is if someone needed to borrow $20. You can hand it to them or you can was it up in a ball and throw it at his head , either way they got the money. Just one way is a little more pleasant than the other. So , hows your delivery.
