Thought for the day: Hard work, passion for what we do, coming up with new ideas to survive, having an ongoing good business plan, sticking to a budget, being competitive, honest and overcoming challenges is what we, as small business owners, have to do on a daily basis. Its tough, exhausting and stressful but you must stick to that plan and continue to reinvent, despite trend changes, new players, and diminishing budgets you can then still see business success. Hard work, business acumen, the ability to look ahead, stay grounded and humble with honesty and integrity is what reaps reward in the end.
