Thought i should post this again. Sometimes in life, we are blessed with wonderful friends and families, and if were smart, well count these blessings and cherish the people that have been placed in our lives. For some of us taking advantage of someone else is an easy thing, because we dont dont care or we lack even the slightest sense of empathy. If we have a heart, it would mean we also have a conscience, which would convict us of any wrong doing. I have seen good-hearted and well intended individuals get used and abused, over and over again... I dont think people realize how lucky they are, when they have special people in their lives; that help them through any crisis and are there when theyre in dire need of a helping hand. If you have friends and family that are constantly there for you, pushing and pulling you to the top, then you should stop and thank them and never get so high up on the rungs of the ladder, that you forget where you came from. Sometimes, we are so blessed that we forget our humble beginnings and forget the people that were there to help us succeed to get to where we are. I was always taught that you never burn the bridge that brought you over, because you might need the same bridge just to get back a cross. Thats why I will always strive to acknowledge the people that helped me in my life. It never hurts anyone to count their blessings, and to help someone else who is in need; the same way someone helped you. When we get so high in the world, where we dont care about people, and forget where we came from; God will sometimes pull some of us back down, just so that we get to realize our short-comings and how frail life is. So, when they say dont ever burn your bridges, it means exactly that, because you just might need that same bridge to get back a cross. Have a Happy Sabbath.
