Thought of choosing Five books that have influenced my life the most...... tough choices..... I ve chosen the most influential ones 1. AKC series shaped my childhood - it made me an avid reader and I learnt most of passion - history from it ( err.... Till Wikipedia came along) 2. Pride and Prejudice - my first prize book, my first novel, ....... Oh I ve lost the count of times I ve read it 3. Irodovs Problems - Slapped on my face and made realise my weaknesses and strengths ( oh.... How much I remember getting 1/30 in my first physics test.... PS: He never gives zero to any student and the top scorer was 5/30) 4. The fountainhead was introduced to me by my sister ( the brighter kid in the family) and as it did wat it has done to many others - you fight with urself to know whether u are Roark or Keating or Toohey and in the end realize that Roark doesnt exist I this world. ( I ve seen sm aspects of Roark in many but not all in one - my experience is short - Im still searching - outside and within myself) 5. Harrisons internal medicine : I had to choose at least one book from my profession - it was a tough fight between Harrison, ganong, Bailey and love and Devita - I settled for Harrison coz it gave me the confidence and strength that I too can win. ( as Obama said Yes We Can ) The other close finishers were: 1. Atlas shrugged and anthem 2. First among equals - Archer 3. Morrison and Boyd - Organic chemistry 4. Resnick and Halliday - physics 5. World history 6. Tell me why series 7. Trigonometry - Lonney ........... Goes on And google and Wikipedia !!!!???!!!!
