Thought of the day. Thinking like Melody McClellan this morning and this song came to mind. True Colors. Honestly our true colors will shine no matter how much we hide them. For some the their true colors shine brightly everyday, some hide their true colors and only show peaks every now and then and others hide their true colors and when they do come out they are not as beautiful as what they made them out to be. The truth is we should always be ourselves, always show our true colors. There will be people that will like us and others that wont and that is ok. When you hid who you are, you truly cheat yourself of true friendships. Not every person on this earth is meant to be friends with everyone. The balance in nature prevents that because it allows us to find true friendships, true people that are meant to compliment our lives. Show your true colors, be yourself and dont let anyone make you hide that, dont hid your true colors because you think others wont like you, those that are meant to be in your life will be. Show your true colors and be yourself because inside those that will see them and are meant to be there - will be, they will never try to dim your colors or your light.
