Thought you all would be interested to know that EE make a clear distinction between high value/business customers, and peasant one (this is why PAYG ones get nothing at all). Found this out after speaking with a legal person who I currently work with, who used to work in EE, and has some first hand experience of some of the crap that goes on in their offices. Lets just say, everything he hinted to me about how EE are was confirmed in less than a minute of his story telling. In a nut shell, except for high value customers, its all about sales, legal contracts, and locking people in. God help you should you wish to cancel, or engage with them in any other meaningful way. As I keep saying, stay well clear of this company or you risk your time, money, credit rating and sanity.
