Thoughts from Chief Sjolander... Congratulations to the Minnesota State Patrol for passing us in likes! We are very proud of you. I hope people like what they see from both our agencies and continue to follow us both. When our Likes started to grow, we were a little shocked, but the comments assured us it was because we bring a human element to what we do and people want to know about us, our profession, and whats going on in our area. When a small town police department helping people in a town of 1,800 people can have over 18,000 likes, it shows us that small towns are alive and well, people care about us and the work we try to do here. We hope to pass you again in likes very soon and we will continue to share our thoughts and feeling here for our friends to see. Its never been about Liking an agency more than another agency for me...Its been about reaching out and touching the hearts of those in need and relating to people as just that...people.
