Thoughts of Anjali are coming so strong lately...like waves breaking over the beach. Some are of her last moments, some are of her with cancer, and some are before she was diagnosed. I feel her very close. What does this mean? Anything? I feel raw with emotion and wind whipped. I feel alive, so alive with sorrow, from losing her...but happy that God picked her to be my daughter! I feel like she is walking with me. I can almost smell her, her baby scent of mandarin oranges and root beer lip gloss. She twirls around me like all of her memories. She is close for a reason, perhaps? She is so close and yet so far. Anjali... #therealityoflosingyourchild
