Thoughts on Ascension and Enlightenment I am posting this because I know someone who often toots his horn that he is an ascended being and even has included this in his workshop bio that he is ascended. My guidance says that an ascended being has no interest in the fact of their ascension and once free of the egos need for recognition and attention, would have no reason to inform anyone of their enlightenment. Opinions? I feel the quote below touches on this. “The funny thing about enlightenment is that when it is authentic, there is no one to claim it. Enlightenment is very ordinary; it is nothing special. Rather than making you more special, it is going to make you less special. Everyone else may or may not call you enlightened, but when you are enlightened the whole notion of enlightenment and someone who is enlightened is a big joke.
