Thoughts on new Anaal Nathrakh? Theres lots of mixed opinions on it but personally I love it. It is something different (even for a band that always did something different) and I honestly think they took a step in the right direction with this one. Its definitely more accessible than the previous stuff because of the djenty parts (which I personally dislike), melodic parts with often uses of clean vocals, but thats kinda balanced out with the dubstep parts (which they actually pull off really well) which arent too common in deathgrind OR black metal. And even if so, you can tell that the dubstep parts arent implemented just for the sake of being experimental, it honestly goes in really smoothly with everything else. But ye, opinions?
