Three Injured in Rollover Crash on Route 190 in Worcester Troopers from the Holden Barracks, along with the State Police Collisional Analysis and Reconstruction Section and Crime Scene Services Section, remain on-scene at Route 190 southbound at Exit 1, where a car rolled over at 10:30 a.m. The crash caused serious injuries to three occupants of the car. The vehicle ended up on its roof, on the railing at the edge of the bridge, with a small portion of the car extending from the edge of the overpass over the roadway below. The occupants were extricated by the Worcester Fire Department and have been transported to UMass Medical Center. Department of Transportation crews will make repairs to the roadway and railing as deemed necessary.
