Three Republican senators, Sen. Bob Corker (R-TN), Sen Jeff Flake (R-AZ) and Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) voted “yes” on the resolution, while two Democrats, Sen. Tom Udall (D-NM) and Sen. Chris Murphy (D-CT) voted “no.” Sen. Ed Markey (D-MA), who now holds John Kerry’s old seat, voted “present.” The other five “no” votes were Senators James Risch (R-ID), Marco Rubio (R-FL), Ron Johnson (R-WI), John Barrasso (R-WY) and Rand Paul (R-KY). The other six “yes” votes were Senators Robert Menendez (D-NJ), Barbara Boxer (D-CA), Ben Cardin (D-MD), Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH), Chris Coons (D-DE), Dick Durbin (D-IL) and Tim Kaine (D-VA).
