Three bishop elect in the nigerian national diocese were shortened in their time of probation, the six months minimum for probation before full investment have shown us that they were not ready for the administrative task and the requirement for the full investiture of a bishop, therefore with the international council, the African Council, the Nigerian council of bishops have decided to not continue to credential Pastor Idahosa Sebastian, pastor Angus Benson and pastor Austin onirede... The bishopric was not fulfill and therefore their name should not appear as Bishop but was supposing to appear as bishop elect, some debts are still own to the national head office by the three of them, we did not decided to remove their fellowship for the motive of the money owned but because of the different vision and direction taken by them, our organization implement gospel and not gossip. The council of bishop is pleased to announce that both in. Nigeria and ghana the increase of number of churches have obliged us to appoint new bishops , in ghana bishop Asante is taking the function and office of national bishop, bishop Charles is the coordinator of somagnia region, an election has been given to the office of bishop elect to rev. Victor for the eastern region, and to dr. Michael for kumassy diocese. In nigeria: bishop elect charles okunbigie in Benin city , bishop Festus. Ntete in warry, bishop elect McPherson warry , bishop elect utoro in ughelli and bishop elect piniki warri bishop elect Ohans in Ibadan are to be confirmed this coming month. Bishop Nat Ezeh will be for a time taking both positions of national nigerian and African Bishop until someone be elected to take the position of National Nigerian Bishop. An election for the national nigerian bishop is to be on it s way, any candidate are welcome for that position but in the case of nigeria only one other bishop has been in his administration bishopric work for more than a year and therefore accordingly to our constitution he is the only one who could take that position, he is Bishop Paul Chimie. The head office , the colleges of bishop has decided to appoint him in the office of archbishop elect for Africa bishop Nat Ezeh who is already working in his election. in the month to come it will be made public . The registration for Restored Covenant Churches of God was accepted by the C.A.C. Under the name of Association of Restored Covenant Bishops so therefore we are fully recognized in Nigeria and approved by the gouverment.
