Three months ago lovely lady walk into our gym for the 1st time to do the Saturday morning free intro workout which was: 21- 15- 9 Kettle bell swings 53#/35# Box jumps 24"/20" Wall balls 30#/14# She was unable to complete the work out and bailed out during the 9 rep scheme. I am so proud to say that Christy Price re-did the workout today and not only did she completed, she RX it! Congrats on an amazing improvement in such short amount of time! Super proud of you!
