Steph START First up, Holiday Cards & More, Volume 9 - CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS You may have just gotten everything packed away from Christmas 2013, but its already time to submit to our much-loved holiday spectacular-Holiday Cards & More, Volume 9. So, whip up some hot chocolate and turn on some Christmas carols, because its time to feel the holiday spirit all over again! Were looking for your very best holiday creations in a variety of styles to please any recipient. • Fun & Cute • Clean & Graphic • Classy & Elegant • Shabby Chic • Vintage • Freestyle/Collage Please submit your holiday projects (including Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, and New Years) in the following categories: Cards: • General Christmas/Holiday Cards - including humorous cards as well as cards using traditional and non-traditional colors and themes • Spiritual/Cultural Cards - including faith-based (Christian, Hanukkah, etc.) and cultural (Kwanzaa, etc.) • Winter and New Years Cards - for 2015 • Christmas/Holiday Cards using Non-holiday Product - you may use a Christmas sentiment, but all other product must be non-holiday specific. • Paper Crafted Photo Cards - paper crafted and/or digital *Note: Were always looking for fun shaped and interactive cards in any of the above categories, as well as cards that can be mass-produced and flat/mailable cards Photo-based Projects: • Photo gifts • Mini albums • Photo calendars • Photo ornaments • December Daily albums Holiday Gift Tags - Were looking for gift tags and gift tag sets for a wide variety of recipients for any of your gift giving needs in a variety of styles. Festive Wraps • Gift bags • Boxes • Wrapping paper • Gift card holders • Etc. Food Wraps and Treat Containers for the Season - Were looking for clever ways to give gifts of food to: • Hostesses • Kids/classmates • Teachers • Coworkers • Neighbors • Mailman, hairdresser, clergy • Etc. Including: • Breads • Cookies • Cupcakes • Candy • Nuts/Popcorn/Pretzels • Wine/champagne • Or anything you might think of! Trim the Tree • Garlands • Ornaments • Tree toppers • Skirts Be sure that the projects you submit have never appeared online, including on any blog, as part of a contest or challenge, or any galleries (including Facebook). Send the finished size of the item and a list of supplies used plus any notes about unique techniques you used to create the project. Remember • If we accept your project well need a detailed supply list, so please pay attention to what products you use when creating your projects. A detailed list will include the name/description of the product, the brand name or product line, and the manufacturer.
