Three of our customers recently had concerns that their milk(after they got it home for a few days) had no visible cream line. The first pic is milk that has rested undisturbed for about 12 hours, showing a definite visible line. The second is after I shook it up just a few moments later. If you dont shake your milk every time you pour, you may unknowingly pour out the cream and it will soon be all gone. To prevent permanent separation, shake everyday twice a day even if you dont use any. If you want to skim off the cream, I suggest transferring the milk to a clear wide mouth pitcher and allowing it to sit undisturbed for 24-48 hour hours in the fridge. Then just scoop it off the top.
