Three things we should grasp from Sachin Tendulkar carrier 1)Give independence for a student to chose what he want to do, where he want to be in future..To happen this * A couple changes has to be done in current educational system,still its not in correct way and helping student to choose - a couple games should be added as curriculum (give them as a optional to choose either subject or game)),still a person who completes inter not have a clear idea to go for btech/mba ..consequences of them are choosing anything which is not their passion which is causing unemployment.. 2) Be supportive, stood behind them, help in critical situations and dont give wrong suggestions and put them in dilemma.Please be calm,if you know clearly then only suggest. * People who dont know anything will suggest do mba/write gate/go for gre and go for bank jobs/try for s/w job.. * If a person likes reading books,please gift book/pen he will remember for his entire life for your support(not the bat) 3)Most important thing to consider from parents or friends is..Please dont compare with any person with any person in the world..you should nt compare rahul dravid/kumble with tendulkar or ganguly with tendulkar ( all are cricket gods),everone is unique in the world. * Its up to individual after choosing his field,every cant became as master in field..please dont compare ,be happy.. Sachin Tendulkar worked hard and beacame a master in cricket and well deserved Bharat Ratna award..Congrats to Sachin.. what I mean to conclude here is .. in terms of Infromation Techonly/Software Jobs.. You completed your bachelors degree in electrical/mechanical/civil and want to join as software engineer in IT field ..then question about your self what is your passion.? why you studied 4 years of core subjects..we are not saying they are ineligible but 90% preference should be given to CSE/IT students.. Yes,IT jobs are only guys who studied Computer Science/Information Technology who studied 4 years and worked hard to pass/ to get the degree although not taken this branch as passion.. You shouldnt ask a person to bat(Cricket game) who is expert in TT game.. I told same thing 4 years back to couple of friends still and I stood for it.. :) I said preference should be given to IT/CSE branches and not telling other branches are ineligible.. If this is not agreeable,then allow a cse/it student to do assistant enginner job /write IES exam/do mba related jobs too..!!! they can learn and do the job better-after all its about matter of time.. If you are doing in 1 hour ,for them it may take 1 day..soon after they can also do better than you in future.. :) :)
