Three workouts this week: Tuesday, September 17, 8:00pm; Barton Hall: "Filthy Fifty" Depending on our equipment: 50 Box jumps 50 pull-ups/assisted pullups/kipping pullups 50 kettlebell swings 50 push press 50 Wall ball shots, ~20 pound ball 50 Burpees 50 meter tire flip Walking Lunge, 50 meters between stations Thursday, September 19, 8:00pm; Barton Hall: "Divide and Conquer" Each group will have to complete the following, divided amongst its members (scaled by attendance): 400 Air Squats 300 Situps 200 Pushups 3 mile run Friday, September 20, 2:15pm; Hellen Newman Pool: Friday Fun Day! A relaxed swim workout at Hellen Newman Pool. Bring appropriate swimwear and goggles if you need them.
