Through out the next few weeks we will engage in our annual Christmas project called “Project Give”. We will highlight several main areas for our kids to learn that “it is more blessed to give than to receive”. For each area we will offer things to do at home and things to do as a church. For every thing your family does at home we ask that you document it with pictures and/or video. The pictures and video will be crucial to our presentation on December 7th. Look for more detailed info to come. On December 7th we will deliver a presentation that will highlight our entire project. The presentation will be made up of drama, music and media. That’s the reason it is important for you to document your homework. We will provide you with a way to post your pictures and videos. This project will include all children. The December 7th presentation will also include 4 and up. The wagon parade will be for 3 and under. We ask that you decorate a wagon/stroller to the theme of “The Greatest Gift Ever”. All of the dates for the church projects are listed on the enclosed card. We ask that you put this card on your refrigerator and check it off as you complete each project. Most of the church projects will take place on Sunday after morning worship. We invite you and your kids to stay after and join in our projects. We have provided this opportunity so that we can have involvement from everyone. So no matter if your child wishes to be a part of the presentation on December 7th we still ask that they participate. In order to bless our community we must all work together. We really need your support as a parent to pull off this project and teach our kids the principal of giving. This Refrigerator Card will be available on the kids hall.
