Throw Back Thursday...I am going to do music rather than pictures. In 1977, my brother Tim took me to a record store (remember those) to get a gift for someone. While there he bought me a cassette tape (remember those???) of Bonnie Raitt. I had never heard of her - most people hadnt heard of her yet. Youll like her, he told me. He was right. I loved her and wore the tape out. This was one of my favorite songs on the album - and it still is. Touches a deep place in my heart. Years later when she hit it big with the Nick of Time album, people reacted like she was an overnight sensation. I just smiled cause I had been listening to her for years. Yeah. I was just that cool.
