Throw these 2 exercises into your routine today to tone up those arms!!! >>front raise with twist: use a plate or dumbbell. Do 3 front raises, on the last one hold up the plate and turn it like a steering wheel, 10x in each direction. This is 1 rep, do 5 reps per set. >>S.L. (Body weight) tricep dips: fingertips are pointing towards you. Lift your hips off the ground and extend one leg out. Bend your elbows straight back to lower yourself and then press back up. Do a total of 20 reps (10/leg) for each set. Make sure your elbows are bending and youre not just lowering and raising your hips (common mistake)!!! enjoy!!
