Throw ur burden upon JESUS himself, and HE himself will sustain u. Never will he allow the righteous one to totter. Ps. 55:22. Prayer isnt a psychological crutch; it is real communication with God Almighty, who is near to those that are broken at heart; and those who are crushed in spirit he saves. Ps 34:18. It is normal to say some of us experience profoundly nagative emotions, at times accompanied by feelings of worthlessness and inordinate guilt. Many men and women in d bible felt these as well and experienced negative emotions eg Hannah felt . Bitter of soul or called Brokenhearted and deeply depressed On one occassion Prophet Elijah was so grief-stricken dat he prayed 4 God to take his life!1 king 19:4. Let God speak to ur situation especially when u are overwhelmed by stress of life. The only way out is JESUS the ever willing to save u from that depressed state of urs, u cant get over it by ur canal knowledge or other means except he takes over ur burden. Give it a go and u will be glad u did.
