Throwback Thursday meets future proposed changes to Adrian schools grades. From todays Telegram 100 Years Ago column: Adrian High School will be conducted, beginning next year, on the six-year plan, with senior and junior high schools of three years each. This was decided last night by the school board, and Supt. Mickens was ordered to make such preparations as necessary. At present the high school is on the four-year plan, with eight grades below it. The new plan is to establish two high schools of three years each, with six grades below them. The junior high school would take in the seventh, eighth and ninth grades, while the senior high school would cover the 10-12th grades.
