Throwing it back to summer when I was tan and we needed the AC in many of you have asked me about the types of squats that I do for the #squatforspringbreak challenge and this is one of my favorite variations - frog squat! Stand with your toes out, heels firmly planted and squat down, touch the ground and then go up onto your toes to add a little calf workout in! Can be done with or without the calf raises! Dont be afraid to mix it up and try new variations but remember to keep your knees over your toes at ALL times! Form is so important Happy Humpday!
