Thu 3rd July David Wyatt + Polly Tickets only £5 David Wyatt has recently released his third album The River and has performed and toured with many artists, most recently with The South and the esteemed guitarist Tommy Emmanuel, at a variety of UK venues. He has also played alongside James Morrison and top slide guitarist Johnny Dickinson to name just a few. Most recently, he has been involved with two major record labels and recorded with top producer James Sanger who has worked with both Brian Eno and Keane. Polly return to the Musician after a staggering show at the recent Green Light Festival. The band is the brainchild and creative outlet of Leicester based singer Polly Yates and her long-suffering guitarist Ian Crabtree. The two began their partnership as Monroe Acoustic Duo back in 2009, playing jazz, soul and pop covers in local bars and restaurants. The band is underpinned by some of the best local musicians, including Tim Brown on drums and Benn Hartmann (who is a successful solo artist in his own right) also playing guitar.
